About Company: Our client is a lending company with operations in four states of Nigeria.

The company is seeking to hire result-oriented Sales/BD professionals with backgrounds and proven track records in the lending business to support its commercial team in Lagos to actualize its revenue and growth objectives.

The ideal candidates must have keen interest, skills, and experience in Sales and Business Development to identify new prospects, ensure customer satisfaction and constantly seek new opportunities to achieve his/her assigned sales/loan quotas in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;

To source clients and develop sales, through different media.

Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Generate sales by building long term relationships with clients.

Identify appropriate prospects, make high volume sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.

Using and updating our Sales and marketing CRM, ensuring all customer records are up to date and can help you develop sales in the future.

Ability to make calculations of finance terms and monthly payments.

Present, negotiate terms, and overcome objections.

Ability to close deals prior to sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance

Working with the underwriting and credit team to ensure proposals are written in a professional manner that will help the approval process.

Requirements

OND/HND/BSC is required

At least 2-3 years experience in Sales from the lending sector is required

Experience in direct selling to businesses (B2B) is strongly preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Personal integrity

Proficiency is MS Word, Excel and working on a CRM is mandatory

Proven track record of success in the lending space.

Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

Strong organizational skills (Time Management is critical)

Benefits

Compensation: Guaranteed Pay is N150,000.00 monthly net + N100,000.00 commission based on performance
