• Master’s Degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management
• 10+ years of experience working in supply-chain at retail distribution Startups (Sabi, Wasoko, Trade Depot) or big Multinationals (Coca-cola, Unilever, Amazon)
• Experience with imports/exports of auto parts or other goods
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all different levels. Must have executive presence
• Experience negotiating distribution partnerships and pricing with local and global distributors and manufacturers
• Well-networked within the auto parts distribution industry in Nigeria and Africa
• Experience in SAP/ ERP/ESp/APO/ECC systems.

Non-Negotiables:

• Master’s Degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• 10+ years of experience working in supply-chain at retail distribution Startups (Sabi, Wasoko, Trade Depot) or big Multinationals (Coca-cola, Unilever, Amazon)
• Experience negotiating distribution partnerships and pricing with local and global distributors and manufacturers
• Experience with imports/exports of auto parts or other goods.

What we are looking for:

• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in product procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• This individual will be instrumental in developing world-class strategies and systems to improve cost-efficiency, reduce delivery times, develop innovative distribution models, and build sophisticated processes to better manage our inventory.
• Candidates applying for this role must also have at least 10+ years of experience working in supply chain, including experience at growth stage retail distribution startups like Sabi, Wasoko, trade depot or big multinationals like Coca-cola, Unilever and Amazon.
• Ideal candidates MUST possess strong negotiating and people management skills and have an advanced understanding of delivery routes in Lagos.
• This role requires you to be based in Lagos with the ability to commute to other cities in Nigeria. Candidates should also be comfortable working on the field and working some weekends.
