Job Description
The role of the cake decorator is to design and decorate cakes with different creative concepts as required by the brand.
- Creating and designing cakes based on client requests and requirements
- Blending and mixing colors to create custom cake decorations such as flowers, figurines, beads etc.
- Creating custom cake designs for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, and baby showers as required by the brand.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience as a pastry chef.
- Ability to come up with various creative designs.
- Culinary knowledge
- Ability to work well with your hands.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of food production methods.
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
