Job description: Sky Mall is a state-of-the-art commercial property owned by Bildiamo Limited (RC 1006307). Located in the resourceful and fastest developing belt of Lagos State, Nigeria. The shopping mall is a first of its kind in this axis. It is located close to the New international Airport, Lekki Free trade zone, New seaport, choice locations, beaches and resorts to name a few. The Sky Mall hosts a number of Business units including Sky Mart, Sky Cinemas, SkyBay, Sky Lounge, Sky Film Distribution, Rosticks Chicken and Game Arcade for children and Adults.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Procurement Officer
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Identify the right supplier and managing purchase contracts with the regards to price, quality, sourcing and supply.
- Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Work with the different departmental heads to get suitable means of procuring working tools and goods for the business
- Carry out feasibility studies on new products ranges.
- Work with operational team leaders to develop scenarios to change the phasing of demand to address supply gap.
- Coordinate market survey and analysis.
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Manage the products database in an efficient manner.
- Create Policy, Procedures, Forms, Checklists and structure for the department
- Carry out sales analysis at category levels at the store.
- Authorization of purchase order and follow up the timely supply.
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
- Manage subordinates output and ensure that all procurements are done in an effective and efficient manner
- Determine and document the departmental objectives, technical policies and procedures.
- Close monitoring of fast moving products and bulk buying.
- Promotion, planning and alignment towards sourcing and logistics.
- Negotiate discounts and rebates, payments terms and other operating incomes.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
Salary
N70,000 / Month.

2.) Quality Control Officer
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
- Maintain, Test and Trouble shoot all instrumentation devices.
- Report problems or concerns to Head, Internal Control.
- Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
- Ensure all employees meet their required quotas.
- Provide Training and support to QA team
- Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
- Read blue prints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for product and supplies.
- Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
- Inspect Procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standard.
- Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirement.
- Prepare and Submit reports to the manager of various business units and Internal Control.
- Be in control of material usage in the Kitchen and Store.
- Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (Measuring, Dimensions, Testing, Functionality, Comparison of Specifications etc)
- Ensure Standard production recipes are not compromised at any time.
- Maintain a record of testing, information and various metrics.
- Analytical test on products at least once a month.
- Monitoring Material Usage for all the unit.
- Perform all other duties assigned by Internal Control Head and Management.

Remuneration
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.

3.) Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales and marketing by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Work with the Business Managers to develop strategies and initiatives that drive sales and profit.
- Research and Implement a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales and monitor its effectiveness.
- Lead the business’s guerrilla field marketing activities, promotions and outreach programs. Ensure customer relationships are well maintained
- Create external sales partnerships and build relationships with key players in the market
- Execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the businesses especially during set-off days and hours
- Create and share relevant reports on the performance of your department and team.
- Understand the value drivers of the business and identify profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share
- Understand our ideal customers for the business and how they relate to our products. Use this understanding to proffer solutions on how to increase our customer and revenue base.
- Develop and document the departmental objectives, technical policies and procedures.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team, track their performance and ensure they are met.
- Ensure the department has an effective sales training and onboarding program.
- Keep a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and implement improved ideas where appropriate to the benefit of the company.
- Speak at conferences and anywhere required about the company’s products and services.
- Regularly review the level of service satisfaction among the company’s customers and ensure sales staffs keep up the ‘customer is king’ mantra in their daily dealings
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Mentor and coach underperforming staff.
- Develop and coordinate an effective social media marketing platform for the business
- Any other related job assigned by management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 4 – 6 years of work experience.
