Job description: Financial Products Operations Manager
PalmPay is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania and expanding to other markets in this year. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.
We’re looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager with a passion for optimizing product performance and a keen understanding of the savings and stock markets.
Responsibilities
1. Drive user growth and engagement for our financial products through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
2. Conduct in-depth user analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product optimization and customer satisfaction improvement.
3. Perform data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
4. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our financial products against industry trends and identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations and excellent user experiences.
Qualification
1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in internet product operations.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, including an understanding of the savings and stock trading markets.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to perform data-driven decision-making.
4. Proven experience in user analysis, competitor analysis, and user research.
5. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
