Reacting to the national honors list, Seun Kuti insinuated that half of the celebrities and personalities who criticized former President Muhammadu Buhari were being hypocritical by accepting the award.

He queried what they stood for and pondered if any them would do the unthinkable and reject the national honours based on principle.

He wrote;

“Half of the people criticizing this government as the worst thing ever deh go collect award for abuja from the same government? No one will reject it on principle? Or Buhari don legit? Make una just tell me o. I dey ask for one presidential candidate.

Next 3 1/2 years now we start the same dance again. What do you stand for? #Mafo!! #standwellwell.”
