Job Brief
- We are seeking a Sales/Customer Representative. Who will be saddled with the responsibility for calling prospective customers, explaining all company products, and guiding them through their purchase process.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customers’ orders on all social media platforms and ensure accurate issuance of invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
- Promote specific products as directed by the management.
- Informing Product developers of possible product improvement and changes to ensure company products meet the current market needs.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Business management, or related field.
