Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new customers for our B2B SaaS accounting software.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets potential customers and drives revenue growth.
  • This is a key leadership role that offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers for our B2B SaaS accounting software.
  • Development of product-specific GTM strategies, forecasting, targets and pipeline management
  • Close sales deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience (preferably with SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for enterprise SaaS companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer feedback.
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling B2B SaaS products, preferably in the accounting, HR, or finance software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.

2.) Human Resources Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Description

  • We are seeking a Human Resources Associate to join our team and help set up Human Resources operations in our subsidiary.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Assist with recruitment by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and assisting with the setup of employee records.

Requirements
