NEWSPOT DAILY TONIC: He who believes is strong; He who doubts is weak. By Bishop Duke Akamisoko

He who believes is strong; he who doubts is weak. Strong convictions precede great actions.
When something bad happens, you have three choices: You can either let it define you, let it destroy you or let it strengthen you
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. Strength comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t.
What gives me the most hope every day is God’s grace; knowing that his grace is going to give me the strength for whatever I face, knowing that nothing is a surprise to God.
Indeed, while our environment definitely affects our lives, it is entirely up to us to have the strength to overcome whatever is thrown at us.
Truth be told, you will never really know just how strong and adamant you are unless adversity strikes. Then you learn courage, you build resilience, you learn to persevere, you build character.
Have a great Sunday!
