Growth is a continuous progressive change in a system. It can take place in human, animal, plant as well as organisation, town, city and others as long as it exists. It is a common phenomenon expected to take place in life so as to ascertain level changes.

The world was created with pronouncements of important things to make it beautiful and fulfilled. Certain things were not created but hid in one thing or the other.

These things can not come into existence unless some changes bring about the situation for their birth.

In human development, it is the constant movement from one level or the other that culminates in new position.

The shift experience in positions and subsequent attainment of status can be termed to be growth.

However, growth varies and comes in different forms. It can be rapid, slow at the same time, can be positive or negative.

When it is positive, it can be favourable but negative aspect is unfavourable which means failure or discouragement.

There could be stunted growth that is neither positive nor negative. In other ways, this term is relative in the sense that it is applicable in all endeavours as long as existence is concerned.

At creation, after God created man and put him in charge of the garden -Eden. He left an potent instruction for man to continually till the ground, that simply means, “grow it”.

So, for anything to attain fulfilment, growth is compulsory and must be consistent because every offspring want to be the matured (fully grown with fortified features), every apprentice want to be boss, the amateurs want to be experienced and masters and so on.

Life can not exist in isolation. Growth is accomplished by going through the necessary training or taking important items that boost transformation. For instance, food is essential for growth while learning and application of knowledge are necessary for expertise.

For every successful giant, it takes growth to get there. Just like change is constant, it also lead to growth because nothing remains as it was formed, created, born and what have you.
