Nunez has been out with a shoulder problem, while Konate has a thigh issue, but the Reds boss confirmed that both trained normally on Monday.
Klopp did not confirm that either would be available in the Premier League clash with Wolves, but it is certainly a possibility, although not so for the longer-term injury problems at Liverpool.
Diaz is recovering from a knee injury, while Thiago works his way back from a hip problem, with both still a couple of weeks away from being in contention.
‘Thiago is in rehab,’ Klopp said at a press conference on Tuesday. ‘Luis I watched half an hour of rehab session on pitch, doing shooting, moving, really good but not in team training yet. Joe Gomez is out. Ibou [Konate] trained yesterday completely normal and Darwin as well. Then we will see.
‘Darwin we have to see. It looked absolutely okay yesterday, but we have to see how he reacts.’
One player who has returned from a lengthy injury absence is Diogo Jota who is back in the side having been out since October and Klopp is delighted to have the forward available again.
‘Massive. Diogo is an exceptional player,’ he said. ‘He needs to get rhythm now. He was tired after the game on Saturday and we have to see. He will definitely be involved again if nothing happens. Top class player, versatile. Helpful for this busy period.’
The Reds’ busy period sees them host Wolves on Wednesday before welcoming Manchester United to Anfield on Sunday in the Premier League.
