PSV Eindhoven forward, Cody Gakpo is set to undergo his medicals with Liverpool ahead of a January move.
Gakpo is on the brink of a move to the Premier League side for an initial £37million fee.
Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano has now said all is in place for his medical tests.
“Liverpool are planning for Cody Gakpo to arrive in England tonight and then complete his move.
“If everything goes according to plan with logistical stuff, main part of the medical tests will take place tomorrow,” Romano tweeted on Tuesday night.
Liverpool have moved ahead of rivals Manchester United to complete the transfer for the 23-year-old, who scored three times at the 2022 World Cup.
