A supercomputer has predicted that Arsenal will fall apart during the second half of the Premier League season.

Manchester City are then expected to go on and win a third successive title.

The Gunners are currently five points clear of City, having lost just one fixture before the break for the 2022 World Cup.

But since then, Gabriel Jesus has been injured during the tournament and might not play again until February.

City have lost twice, but with Erling Haaland in their ranks, they are set to be the Gunners’ closest challengers.

And a new supercomputer from BonusCodeBets has predicted that it will be Pep Guardiola’s men who will lift the title in May. Arsenal are predicted to finish in second place.

Arsenal will restart their league campaign with a home game against West Ham, while City travel to Leeds.

Liverpool endured a disappointing first half of the season, but are predicted to finish third.

The Reds are currently sixth, eight points behind Newcastle, who currently occupy that spot. The Magpies are forecasted to fall to fifth place.

Tottenham, who are currently third, are expected to cling on to a Champions League place, meaning there will be no top-four spot for Manchester United.

Instead, Erik ten Hag’s men are forecasted to fall back to sixth, while Chelsea finish seventh.
