England are gearing up for a mammoth World Cup quarter-final showdown with France today.
The Three Lions booked their place in the last eight with a comfortable win over Senegal in the round of 16 and they are now one game away from reaching just their fourth ever World Cup semi-final.
But Didier Deschamps’ side will present an almighty challenge, with Les Bleus looking to become the first team since Brazil – who themselves were shockingly knocked out by Croatia yesterday – in 1958 and 1962 to win back-to-back World Cups.

What time does England vs France start?
The match will kick-off at 7pm (Saturday, December 10).
The quarter-final fixture will be held at the Al Bayt stadium in Al Khor, which hosted England’s win over Senegal in the round of 16 and the goalless draw with the USA in the group stage.

Declan Rice is back in England training after missing Wednesday’s session with illness.
Raheem Sterling has returned to Qatar after flying back to the UK earlier this week following a burglary at his Surrey home.
The Chelsea forward was involved in Friday’s training session but it remains to be seen what part the 28 year-old will play in the quarter-final.
Southgate will once again likely have to choose between Jordan Henderson and Mason Mount in the middle of the park, following the former’s impressive showing in the victory over Senegal.
Ben White will play no further part in the World Cup after returning home due to personal reasons on November 30.
