Nigerian-born Canadian couple, Oluwaseyi and Olutoyosi Adeneye, known as ‘The OT Love Train’ on social media, has been selected to be part of the #YouTubeBlack Voices Creator Class of 2023. They join 179 other creators and artistes from around the world, including Asake and Bnxn.
Recall that the video sharing platform had, in 2020, announced the creation of the #YouTubeBlack Voices Fund, to directly support Black creators and artists in order for them to thrive on the platform.
In the coming months, the social media platform will work closely with creators including ‘The OT Love Train’ by offering dedicated partner support and seed funding to help them develop their channels and grow on the platform. They will also have opportunities to participate in bespoke training, workshops and networking programmes.
As content creators, the couple share humorous contents that revolve around their lifestyle, relationship and personalities.
According to them, their vision is to become a consistent reference for black authenticity, positivity and excellence. They have also received endorsements from personalities such as Tunde Ednut, Don Jazzy and Shina Rambo; even as they have worked with brands such as TELUS, BetterHelp and Africhange.
The couple also recently launched an e-book titled, ‘The Lovers Guide: 30 Intimate Actions to Build and Maintain a Healthy Relationship by The OT Love Train’.
